Can paypal track you by recurring payments?

I had an azuon subscription on my main paypal account until I got limited. The subscription has recently ended, can I make the subscription by recurring payments on my stealth paypal account? Can paypal link the accounts by this?

If your linking it to the same azuon account then its possible
