My dear,

With a new Paypal, you need to go easy with it, if its ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

You need to sell for 3 months & only receive amounts less that $10, till you get payments instantly & try avoiding any refunds.

After you gain their trust & payments start coming instantly, then attach SSN or EIN & get 100% verified & start doing what you want,

BUT

Its better you do not do huge amounts like more thank $ 2K - $ 3K in a month, or else It will get limited.

Personal EXP : I submitted real documents but still they denied my proposal.

Never Trust them by doing Bulk Transactions.
