German Paypal limitation need help
 

Hey there,
i am new with stealth Paypal.
So I am from Germany and i opened a German stealth Paypal. I was playing on some skillgaming Websites and earned some Money around 150 €. I sent 50€ to a friend and he gave it to me.

Next day i got the Limitation. Now Paypal is asking for Bank Statement to check the Account Activity, but i did not add a Bank or sent something to a Bank. (no VCC too). Thats what i am wondering about, why does Paypal want it?

100€ are still on the Account and my question is what to do next. I dont want to add my bank. And even when i am going to add Bank or VCC isnt it to late?

Information:
-Using fresh dedicated german ip (vpn)
-Using Address located to ip with random name
-I always remove cookies when closing Browser and CCleaner are running too. I Read that people running with multiple users on the Computer/using VMware/multiple Firefox Portable to keep cookies and flash cookies so that it looks like history/activity
-No VCC and Bank Account added

Youve petty much done everything your not suppose to do.

that account is toast wait 6 months and add a bank account to withdraw

in the future keep this in practice:

1. cookies are good
2. add vcc and or VBA
3. do not send friends and family on new account less then 90 days old
