2nd PayPal already limited - Don't understand what I did wrong?
 

Hey guys,

I've now had my 2nd stealth PayPal limited and I don't understand what I've done wrong. I have a total of 4 accounts, all bought from a reputable marketplace seller here (max limit UK ebay/pp combo) and I've taken exactly the same steps for each account but 2 of them have been limited.

The limitation has happened as soon as I've attempted to lift EU receiving limits by submitting the documents provided by the seller. I have purified the images, checked them carefully and everything seems 100% legit.

Here is my setup:

1. UK eBay / PayPal combo's with 1000/20k limits.
2. Separate VMware for each account, running windows 10 and Chrome
3. Softether VPN with fresh UK IPs from 24vc for each account.
4. Batch purified for cleaning image files
5. Firewall set to prevent non-VPN connections in case of connection drop.
6. PayPals verified with VCC (provided by seller).
7. PayPals/eBay phone verified with UK prepaid sims.

So my latest PayPal just got limited after I submitted the verification documents. I hadn't even sold anything yet on the accounts. However, my other accounts are still going strong after +200 sales with exact same steps.

What could be causing this? IP leak somehow? Or should I only submit the documents once asked (after +€2500 in sales)?

You assume it's the IP, how do you know it's not the product(s)?

may i ask what vmware site are you using and how much is it costing you ?

No activity on the accounts and they got limited? Did the seller offer a replacement or solution?

I submitted the documents before I sold any products.

I'm using the VMware software that I downloaded, it's not costing me anything.

Only activity was cookie building, phone verification etc. No sales. I didn't ask the seller yet.

You sent in documents without PP even asking? Just clarifying what you said.

You submitted documents before you sold an item, mhmm is that smarter?

Yes I submitted them because the dates were expiring on the utility bills etc. Could this be my mistake? Should you always wait to sell €2500 before submitting?

Oh gosh... why would you do that... oh well, everyone's different I suppose.

Do us all a favor... read the stealth guide carefully.
Once you do so, come back here and post new threads for your questions.
It'll save you and us all a lot of time and energy.

Not sure if I read the same guide as you guys did, but I didn't find anything on this in the stealth guide.
