Paypal Limited Because Of Large Funds Recieved
 

Hey Guys,

Desperately need yourhelp on this. Using a stealth account on paypal Ive had for about a few weeks which has been going pretty well. Yesterday I told someone to send me a sum of $1800 for luxury item as friends and family. Before I was able to send it out. My paypal was lmited and paypal are asking for the info shown in the attached photo. >>> https://ibb.co/cvNYP5

I didnt sell anything illegal and items I did sell I do have tracking information for them.

You didnt do anything illegal but you DID do something against the term of service. You tried to cheat paypal out of their fees by lying to them and getting a personal payment.
I certainly hope you didnt send out the item.
If you cannot provide them with the items theyre asking for (and from what youre saying it sounds like you cannot) youll be waiting 180 days now to get your funds...

How did I cheat them in anyway. Paypal is a payment gateway.

So ideally I am and should be able to recieve funds for any reason at any time.

Am I wrong ?

That attitude you have is completely wrong.

You seem to think PayPal is your slave, and your its master. Frankly, its the other way round.

Your going to need to supply tracking information and wait 6 months. No two ways about it.

Lesson to be learned - Don't take large payments via PayPal, especially those which are premature/new.

You're about as far from correct as one can possibly be..

There's nothing at all wrong with accepting large payments. But it certainly shouldn't be done before you've had a chance to establish some sort of trust with Paypal. I'm assuming you weren't even receiving instant payments yet - so this was wayy to early to receive an $1800 payment. This could have easily been done on an aged account (but NOT as a F&F payment).

With that being said the transaction MAY have been successful if you hadn't tried cheating Paypal out of their cut. A standard payment gateway charges you for all transactions in a month at the end of each month. Paypal is not a standard payment gateway. Their fee is taken out of each transaction as they are processed. As I'm sure you know, there's no fee for Friends and Family payments but there's also no buyer/seller protection. So not only are you dodging their fee but you're giving up any protection you may have had. Paypal doesn't like this because 1) you're avoiding their fee, and 2) because you're having your customer send you a payment in a manner where they would have no buyer protection (from Paypal). So it seems slightly scammy, plus you're ripping off Paypal by using their service for a business transaction without paying their fee. It's common sense. Don't try avoiding fees if you want accounts to last.

Text can always be misconstrud. In no way do i have a certain attitude this.

The payment was sent and paypal limited me. Im just wondering if this can be fixed or not ?

well the account is a stealth so I dont have ssn. I can provide invoices and tracking.

how can I get pass ssn ?

You don't....that's the whole point, you can't get pass the SSN because it's stealth.

you can start accepting large payments on PP through EBAY, after 25 Successful sales with tracking

if the other party was willing to send a payment as FnF why wouldnt you just have them deposit the money directly to your bank account and leave paypal the hell out of it

I wasn't trying to be a douche OP. Just explaining Paypal's side of this scenario. There have been dozens of threads about this same problem already in 2017. Very common.

Large F&F payments like the OP used almost never end well. As other posters pointed out, you should have sent you buyer an invoice and had them pay it using G&S payment. Much less risky that way for both parties.

Also keep in mind that there is no buyer/seller protection for F&F payments.

Instead of f#cking paypal over, by trying to avoid their fees have your buyer send cryptos next time. As the other posters said, try to avoid paypal for bigger payments, hell, I would try to avoid it whenever I can.
