New Paypal with Resoloution eveytime.
 

These are old paypals went to add Vcc for the first time, ive noticed straight away on every single one there is a case or resoloution asking to confirm identity because of local laws, its stays as a 1 warning in the alert icon. Looks like a new thing but also look like the EU docs request just shoved to the front a bit more.
Has anyone seen this?

Yup, just today when I added VCC... Maybe we buy the VCC from the same guy, or maybe it's something new...

However I was then able to confirm Identity without having to upload any docs. :thumb:

I assume your is a EU , nothing to do with the VCC i have multiple bins same thing on every single one different EU countries also.

I clicked the identity confirmation and clicked myself trough - no need for docs-, now its just asking me to confirm the bank account, which I can only confirm in a few days when the code is there. Did you have to upload docs yet?

when you click through takes you to the same page as EU limit docs.These accounts have already been setup sounds like your talking about setting them up from scratch.

Oh I see, you're talking about old paypals but tried to add a new vcc. I just created one from scratch and when I added the VCC just a few seconds later red bell was on to confirm identity, which usually doesn't happen. So maybe it's not about the accounts being old or not, maybe it's more about adding the card.

Exactly, git the same. But after I input the address and Phone number etc. proof of Identity and proof of address have a green check mark, without ever being asked for Docs. I had the docs handy already but maybe got lucky there...
