New Account Limited
 

Hi guys,

Had 2 paypal accounts that I've been using for years recently permanently limited.

Decided to create another one using vpn (under ⊗⊗⊗⊗ details) and all good for a bit, but been getting a few payments from ebay and this account was just suspended. Paypal wants me to do the following:

Upload a photo ID
Provide proof of your address
Provide proof of shipment
Confirm available inventory

Any suggestions how to get it back?

And if I can't get the account back, will there be any problem withdrawing in 180 days once the account gets permanently limited?

Hi,

Most of my PayPal accounts are limited as well and when you submit the the docs straight away they refuse the appeal.

I don't know what is happening lately with PayPal.

Which VPN did you use? That would of played a part in this limitation.

I would also steer more towards what your selling, the risk, the cost of the items your selling too. Clearly something is triggering this.

Even on an old, fully legit account using a VPN (tunnelbear in that case) killed Paypal entirely until I called them and we found the problem. Seems they try to identify and block VPN usage (obviously, since it can also harm their geo-locking).

Tunnelbear isn't something that qualifies for stealth use. Dynamic IP, shared IP, not fresh IP, not dedicated IP, just to name a few reasons.

so the bit that was censored was me saying that the account wasn't created under my name and I might have trouble withdrawing the fund 180 days following suspension. Am I correct?
