Birthday / Date of Birth

Hello,
When I signed up for paypal I entered ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Date of Birth details, because I wasn't old enough to legally have my own paypal account.
Now my paypal account was limited and they requested a photo ID (drivers license or passport).
What should I tell them why the Date of Birth doesn't match with what they have on file?

hmm...that might be a tough one then.

Did you use the same DOB for your ebay account? Log into it, if you can, and see if you can find your DOB under personal info. I believe you can do the same for paypal under the profile tab, even when limited. I'm not positive on that though.

lakeman, have you ever once tried to find your DOB on an ebay account when you forgot?

Yes I have, it was a while ago, and it was under the place I stated. Like I said, I'm not sure if you can still do it.

You can also check to see the first ip you use before but "I'm not sure if you can still do it." Sure right !!!
