Opening new Paypal Account Need help!
Hi,
I had my another paypal verified account which my brother set it up for me who is in US and I am in country where its not allow. First Paypal account got 180 days limit. Now thinking to open another new account with new bank attach.
I login in my paypal accoutn from my country where it's not allow so I guess that was the problem that my account was limited for 180 days another thing I have notice, my brother filed a complain for another seller he got troubled with and after that this.
So what are my chances to have new verified account if my brother opens it. Can I use it to login and send invoices to my client? or let my brother open the new account and he can send invoices himself to the clients?
We are selling desiging services online so client pays when they are satisfied with our service and we never got any charge back it's been 3-4 years and this is first time account limited.
