Can't reuse same bank account across paypal accounts.

You should be able to add more than 2 bank accts to a limited pp account but...why? Waste of nice bank accounts...

Even on limited accounts most times they will say this bank was already used and give an error

I have this issue right now I have fresh bank accounts and it won't let me link to a banned PayPal that I haven't logged on for a year without verifying identity witch I can't...

How are they asking to identify your identity in these cases?

A phone call but I don't have access to my old google voice because I misplaced the recovery info for the voice account I added a new voice verified it and made it primary but it won't give it as a option when it says we will call u

Call them from a different phone and tell them that you changed numbers.
