Where to upload extra requested documents?
 

Hi everyone,

So my PayPal account has been limited, requesting for ID, proof of address, supplier info, shipping info etc.
I've completed most of these steps without a problem but they are still requesting documents.
My problem is that there is no place to upload anything on the new layout beside those steps which are already completed.
I tried to write them emails but I keep getting that they don't monitor them...
Is there any way where I could send them these documents?

From the looks of it, you've submitted it, and its being reviewed. All you can do now is wait.

You've either been selling too fast or you've been selling something PayPal deem high risk. When PP ask for so much information, the chances of them reinstating your account can be lower than usual.

They already replied after I uploaded those and asked for 1 more document but I can't upload it to them, that's my problem and I though maybe someone had the similar before and knows how to do it.

Try calling them, they usually send you a link where you can send docs directly. You just have to talk to the resolution center

it happed to me,i called them and they sent me message to my paypal with a link that I can upload. after that you need to call them and they will forwarded it to the the person who is checking your account

Call them and talk to them, explain your situation, this contributes to the faster docs approving.

Once I sent them a message at the message center and they sent me a link where I could upload the requested documents
