Appeal denied, does this mean I just wait the 180 days?

Submitted docs, the appeal was denied, they have decided to close my account. Still have like 500 bucks in there. Here is what they said in the email:

"Hello XXXXX XXXXXX,

For the safety and security of the PayPal network, we often review accounts for potential risks. After reviewing your account, we have decided to close it because of security issues.

We are making every effort to minimize any disruption to your business.

If your PayPal account balance is zero, and you have no unresolved buyer complaints or chargebacks, your account will remain limited.

Disbursement options
-----------------------------------

Option 1. If you owe refunds to any of your buyers, you can use the money in your PayPal account to refund them.

To refund your buyers:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click "Contact Us" at the bottom of any page.
3. Click "Contact Customer Service."
4. Under "Choose a Topic," select "Sending/Receiving Money."
5. Under "Choose a Subtopic," select "Refund/Cancel a Payment."
6. Click "Continue" and follow the instructions to refund payments.

Option 2. Money in your PayPal account will be held for 180 days. After 180 days, we'll email you information on how to receive your funds.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Thanks,
PayPal

Soooo, I'm thinking that they're gonna do the option 2 route, so do I just sit there and count the days to 180 days? Thanks.

Well they hold the funds for 180 days and if any of your buyers say they haven't received the item and ask for a refund they will refund them with the money that is being held. If no buyers ask for any refunds within the 180 days then you will receive the full amount. You've just got to wait it out. Ive had £3000 held from me before in my etsy account and I just had to wait it out - just try and forget about it and after the 180 days its like a little bonus for you.

Yea I've waited out 180 days on other stuff before, just never like this before, where an appeal was denied, then, having to wait 180 days. Just making sure I'm reading this email correctly.

Even when you receive an email say "Your funds are elegible to withdraw" after 180 days has passed then sometime you cant add a bank to withdraw

And you must wait more longer than that to email, contact, threaten them, etc...
