Can't Withdraw after 180 days
 

So, It would not let me add my bank account I called them and they said I would get an email within 48hr allowing me to withdraw. This email contains the following.



We've reviewed your PayPal account , but we're still unable to make the money in your account balance available for withdrawal at this time.

* Please provide a valid photo ID

What is a valid proof of identity?

We accept a copy of:
- Your ID card
- Your driving licence (the plastic card, not the official letter)
- Your Passport
- Other photo ID that was issued by a government body.

Once you've completed these steps and provided any additional information we may need, your case will be reviewed by one of our Account Specialists.

I got my first 180-day money a week ago. I also had trouble adding the bank, so I called the customer service. They downgraded my account from business to personal, then it worked. No document required.

Have trouble just like you guys, cant add bank even when email & call
