Can't upload docunments on all my limited paypal account
 

In this week four of my paypal accounts selling low risk items got limited. So when I was trying to upload documents by selecting the file, I saw no file was selected. And the submit button is dimmed. It happens to all of my fours limited accounts. BTW, it is China paypal.

I am wondering if that's a glitch that everyone is having this week. Or, only me is having this issue and the only way is to fax them?

This is around the time of the Year that they tinker with their platform, so it could be that.

I'd say wait till Thursday and see if it still does that.

Try using a different computer/browser.

Also try switching to the "classic" view of PayPal's site and going to the resolution center in that mode instead.

PayPal's site can be full of glitches like this from time to time, but sometimes here's a work-around.

hes right ^^^ ive had problems with chrome many times with resolution center, switch to mozilla firefox and you should be fine

Thanks, I may need to do some searches on how to switch to "classic view"

Thanks for your help. I think this time it may not be the issue of the browser. I tried chrome, firefox, and portable firefox. I even changed IP and computer. None of them worked.

Tried the resolution center classic view link. It automatically directed me back to the new interface. Now the limitation is equalivalent to suspension for me.

Found the method. I used the very old version Internet Explorer. It automatically directed me to the classic view of the resolution center.

Hmmm, that's interesting.

Just curious if you tried removing ALL cookies (including flash) with CCleaner before trying to go back to the Resolution Center again?

Well, I tried uploading documents from a fresh VPS, which means the browser had no cookies at all. It failed too.

I tried the classic view link provided by the forum members, they all led me to the new view. Only the very outdated Explorer directed me to the classic view resolution center.
