PayPal Limited---Solution? Refund?
 

Got the message from PayPal;

Is there any solution for it. Can I refund some eBay payment which I haven't sent out. I'll try to forget I have $2k available balance in PayPal.

Either give them what they want or create new accounts with the stealth guide.

Plus even if you give them what they want, it's pretty rare to get reinstated.

If you can't refund payments in your pp, then you can consider calling to do a manual refund by a pp agent

Actually I haven't tried. Is it possible to just go to eBay to cancel the order ( will it refund automatically?) ?

Yep cancelling on ebay will refund the order
