PayPal Help! Used Shopify Store Name when setting up a PayPal Premier Acc
 

Hi there,

I've had a look through the forum before asking but can't find anything similar to my situation.

I have a dilemma. When I originally opened my PayPal account, it was to be used in conjunction with Shopify to accept payments. However, at the time I assumed to use my Shopify store name and details, of which was for my Account info / profile (stupid i know) I've now reached the receiving limit where ID is required, however I do not have ID in my store name, obviously I only have personal ID, which is not named on the account. So, I'm a bit stuck as to my options due to having funds held in the account.

Any ideas on how I can resolve this? If needs be, I'm more than happy to pay for a solution.
