Stealth PP got limited. Old PayPal Account can accept Payment?
 

My Stealth account got limited. My old PayPal account is still fine ( I haven't used it for 9 month because eBay account it linked is banned ).

I have refund $800 from stealth PP to buyers since stealth PP got limited.
Is it ok to contact buyers to see if they can accept PP invoice ( I plan to use my old PP account if they agree )?

I check my old PP account and got the following information:
Card Linked
Bank Account: Linked and Confirmed

The general rule is to always treat eBay and PayPal together as one account. Don't re-use old info, or link any of your old account(s) with others.

Even if your old PP or eBay is good, let just move on
