1800 limit reach, all info green but still limited??
 

Hello,
I have a stealth PP account for which I have uploaded all the requested documents.
I let it grow slowly and now, after 3 months, I have reached the 1800 limit.
I.ve got the orange warning on the right telling me to provide some information . All the documents had already been uploaded before so they just asked for confirmation of my name.
All boxes are checked green and yet, after two weeks, I still have the orange warning and each time I receive a payment, PP sends me an email asking to solve th issue... problem is, when I log in to my account, I do have the box with issue to solve, but clicking on it, everything is checked green, I have th Ethan's you message, we will contact you in. A few days...
What to do now? Email customer client, risk calling them?

Yes try emailing them if issue not resolved then call them

I haven't moved yet. Will wait for one more full week before emailing. I would be pissed to lose that account...

What were your steps? I have created about 10 stealth paypal when you update to business and provide all documentation limits are normally automatically lifted...

The last 4 paypal accounts created this week when trying to lift limits it is only asking to confirm bank accounts no passport/utility bill etc?

When you confirm bank account and go to lift limits it says click the below boxes for limits to lift but there are no boxes to lift?

The account is still working like normal?
I've had something similar happen to me with the orange warning. But that eventually goes away for me after a week.

So perhaps it's a slight delay in their system. If not and it's causing you issues, call them and ask CS to reset the warning notification.

Move your money anther account, after 180days again they will be asking your id again.

Now I can receive money but not send or transfer... i think I'll call tomorrow and see how it goes...

The problem with having multiple accounts is that it costs money to have a different dedicated ip...

I have the option of upgrading to business. What is the advantage in doing so? Or in having one personal plus one business accounts?

Yes it costs money but it does take some money to operate well and LINKFREE - better to avoid having money frozen for 180 days...
