My paypal account and families accounts limited.
 

soo long story short, i tend to send money to my brother whenever i get paid on ebay, and he then refunds the money to me whenever i need it. i did this because in the past, fraudulent chargebacks would occur at the worst time possible, so i did this to be safe. i explained my situation to paypal, provided all documents, insisted that i'd never do it again, and i, my brother, and even my mother, who had nothing to do with this, are permanently limited. Any advice? can i try to appeal by calling, or should i just try to make a stealth paypal account? i sell on ebay a lot, my ebay account isnt limited, suspended, or banned. If i do make a stealth paypal, can i link it to my ebay account and continue normally? Any responses appreciated, thanks.

It's recommended to never transfer between accounts like this because it creates a strong link. There is nothing you can do unless you find the 1 rep out of 10,000 willing to listen and help.

Using a new paypal usually won't work as paypal monitors this quite closely. You'll need to start a new account with stealth info

Unlikely to get your & your brothers account back cause of the link... best start stealth now
