Paypal Limited Canada
 

Hi....so one of my account got limited and I called paypal. They said my ID was falsified year ago when they asked for the ID and I uploaded them. Now they put in a hard limit because this time they caught it's not a real ID randomly? Anyone experienced this? I have my real bank account attached to the paypal and I cannot withdraw for 180 days.

I also have fees pending on ebay.....will that come out from my paypal account? thanks for any help.

Paypal will not pay your fees to ebay if you are limited.

Have you shipped out the items which people have purchased from you on ebay yet?

yes all of them have been shipped and tracking updated....I just don't know why they found out the ID issue after so many months later.

I'm not Canadian but I can't imagine this situation going well. If it's truly permanent limited I would have said to refund all your buyers via PayPal and shut down your bank account - that's if you hadn't of shipped your items. Then they wouldn't have your money and you no product.

paypal mentioned that I will be allowed to withdraw after 180 days later.....but the ID falsified comment made me wondering ...why now?
