It's not impossible but it would be very difficult to get the account back. Unless this is your legitimate PP account restoration would require fabricated documents - made yourself or purchased. Many who go through the trouble of providing documents have their documents rejected by PP. Providing the documents they requested doesn't guarantee you'll get your account back.
Chances are you'll have to start on a new account and wait 180 days to withdraw the money in your limited PP. Lately there have been a lot of posts from members who were unable to withdraw even after 180 days because Paypal has started requiring identity verification in order to withdraw from a perma-limited account.
I wish you the best when it comes to retrieving your funds in 6 months. Doing so may or may not be possible. :/ |
