Opening Stealth PayPal for Regular Use

So my second PayPal just got permanently limited due to high risk selling. At this point I'm like okay, I expected this and I don't need to sell anymore, I obviously won't ever be allowed to. In any case, because we rely on PayPal so freaking much, can I open a stealth PayPal to use normally to make payments and I wont have to deal with any limitations asking for info?

How does it work? What type of bank/cards would it use? I just want to know vaguely.

Also I'm wondering if PayPal can get my SSN from my bank or card linked.

No. Your financial institutions will never disclose your SSN to PayPal.
