US PP account how do i know the amount released in limited account

Hi , I have a limited US PP account since 4 months.
amount is 3.5K $. will they release all the balance in 1 time for withdrawal all or they will release every month a part of remaining balance .
how do I know that its released or not . this is the first time I face this limitation and I have balance in my account.

And how can i withdraw them? What are the withdraw payment options? Its possible to send to another paypal or sth?

To your bank account you can withdraw them.

And I wouldn't even think of sending them to another PP account....
