PayPal Permanently Limited, Appeal??
Hi Everyone,
my Friend's PayPal got permanently limited, Is there any chance of getting the account back? account was limited a month ago but i provided all real info SSN, DL, and Utility Bill, and it got restored, I am seeing PayPal is wanting information about my recent sales, should i call and hopes of getting an appeal and reinstatement?
