Couldnt get anymore answers on this thread...BUT the soft limitation on my account is lifted. Created an LLC using all my real info(Address name etc). Used that as my business name when upgrading to a PP business account. They asked where the business was lcoated provided PP with my real address which is associated with my Perm limited PP. Then they asked for last 4 of my SSN(gave my real last 4), DOB I used the DOB of stealth account and personal address( I used the address of the stealth account. Account lifted, withdrew funds and back selling :)

Since I created my LLC with its physical location as my real address(Which is Perm Limited) I had to use it when upgrading to a Business Account cause it asked for the physical location of the business. I asked SaiJin he said it was no issue, so I trust his knowledge. I just wont go over the $20k/200 items to cause any issues. I also was told that the last 4 of SSN didnt matter cause PP cant link anything with just the last 4. For now I'm all good.

The limited address will link you way sooner than 4 digits of a 9 digit number, I would imagine.

Hell, if you have a legit business account now, sell like hell on it until they limit it. I wouldn't let 20k stop me lol

Paypal is not excepting my EIN. It apparently needs a TIN. I upgraded to the business account. Ugh
