"We noticed unusual activity..." limit already over 3 weeks

I got the "We noticed unusual activity..." limit and I did not have the phone number to send me SMS to activate it. I send them ID proof but now it has been over 3 weeks and still they are checking my document. I cannot access my (Stealth)account.

What to do?

If they had it for that long they most likely did not accept it.
All you can do at this point is try to call them.

At this point you don't have much to lose anymore, so might as well just call and gather info.

Make sure you have all your info infront of you when they ask you questions
