I have opened a new stealth paypal and ebay account using a simon card.

i'm in the process of verifying my bank account.

I have enter in my credit card info for paypal already.

Now i'm reading about expanded use. Where do i go in paypal to do this?

I'm from USA

Also, after if verified my phone with ebay and paypal, do i need to keep it on. Will they call me randomly to check on me or can i just turn it off now?

I can answer this one for you. Yes, no, maybe, i don't know. It all depends. If you fly under the radar, you might never get a call from Paypal. But if they do call you and your number doesn't exist or someone answers and says he/she doesn't know he/she, you can expect a limit. If the charge for call forwarding isn't hurting you and you are going to be selling a thousand $ a week, you might want to keep it on.

You need to keep it on for a while at least. Paypal usually calls as soon as my first sale goes through or when I first withdraw money from my paypal account. If you don't answer that call...BAM limited. My transaction are usually between $10-$15 so its not even much of a risk. And I withdraw maybe $50 a day when I first start out.

btw, is expanded user # only for UK?

you need to enter your credit card/gift card, press link and confirm, it will then send an expuse within 3 days, so view credit card statement, its a 4 digit number, enter it in to paypal.
forum advise is keep phone going, hard for multiple accounts though, ive never been called on numbers ive kept going, some people do get the calls.
