One of my stealth paypal limited since june. Is it possible to withdraw my funds after 180 days passed without provide these info ( screenshot attached)

That's a hard limitation. Usually when the list is that long of things they are requesting, your chances of getting the account back are next to nil.

Did this account already have a bank account linked before you were limited?

Usually you can get your funds after 180 days, but there is also a possibility PP will continue to hold your money until you provide/confirm your ID.

Thanks for your reply. There is. I have completed a few small amount withdraws before got limited.

Good thing you thought ahead to link your bank, so it should be easier for you to get the remaining fund out when you pass the 180 day mark.

In general, nickopedia's statement is correct OP - hope the amount stuck is not big and not hurtful to your living.

If your bank account is already attached then it shouldn't be a problem. Luckily the 180 days are almost up!
