PAYPAL ACCOUNT LIMITED and here the stories goes
 

Hi everyone, im from malaysia. I sell stuff in ebay. Im a member with 0feedback and i sold 7blow off valves for car within 9days. In malaysia, i could not withdraw my funds to my bank account because there is no such service in malaysia. therefore, i sold my funds to malaysian and they pay me using local bank. i sold 1kUSD to 10 different people. Now, paypal limited my account, and HOLD the funds of the 10different people. What should i do? Please help.

What are they asking for? Documents?
If so, you need to give them what they want.
What do you mean you sold the funds to people?you sent money from your PayPal to others PayPal accounts and they paid you back by bank?

Sounds like you have no choice but to refund the customers and ask them to pay with wire transfer because Paypal will not allow the transaction.

I feel your pain buddy. I have over $4000 USD in one account that got limited on the weekend. Just give them what they want (false or real!) and they should have no reason keep the limitation. They wanted from me supplier info and delivery confirmation. They accepted my supplier info but won't release the limitation until all tracking #'s provided are showing confirmed delivery. PayPal/eBay is a game you just have to know how to play.
