PayPal not releasing my funds [UK]
 

it's a stealth account with all limits lifted, all verified etc...
so it's been well 2 years now, i've been sending them documents of passports. every 6 months they say they'll release my funds but they don't, keep refusing my appeal for some or no reason. just yesterday my another 6 months was over, they refused appeal. i tried asking why but they won't say. if you see, my other screenshot, i keep getting "your funds are now eligible for withdraw" emails, i try to add my bank account, it says please try again later

i have well over 300pounds frozen... anyone whos wondering why i got limited is, i have no idea how, i just received an email saying your account got limited (honestly no idea)
what the hell are these guys playing at? guys i seriously have no idea why they're doing this, my account never had a chargeback nor broke any terms of condition or whatnot

please someone give me an advice how to take my money out, this has been going on for years now. (i called, emailed, i did everything you can possibly do to contact em, no luck) i looked up paypalsucks paypalwarning, including all their network, for some advice, still no luck.

Only thing to do is keep calling and hope to get someone willing to help you.

Paypal did the same to me . They were taking the absolute mick with my money frozen for over a year. After a lot of research i filed a complaint with financial ombudsman service online informing them of everything that happened. Exactly 3 days later Paypal sent me a email the money is ready to be withdrawn:) Good Luck

The same here. 2 of my accounts are frozen for over 250 days and still can't get this money out. I think I have to wave it.

My account was stealth. Financial ondbusman service just email PayPal telling them to release the funds.

Use the same name and details from your stealth account when contacting them and you will be fine

Do you think I should wait to see if the funds get released after 180 days or contact them now?

Try e-mailing them before the 180 days passes.

Financial ondbusman can help. If its not relased or if you dont want to wait contact them.
