After reviewing your PayPal account, we've determined there to be excessive risk involved in doing business with you and we'd like to begin parting ways in a manner that is least disruptive to your business.

If there is any money in your account balance, it will be held for 180 days (from the date of the last payment you received) to cover any disputes that might be opened by your buyers.
After 180 days, we may ask you to provide us with a proof of identity and a proof of address before you can withdraw any remaining balance.
If there are outstanding buyer complaints open against you, you can refund your customers via the Resolution Centre in your PayPal account.

We reserve the right to close any account reported to be involved in possible high-risk behaviour. In the event of a dispute, we'll try to recover the money from you by debiting your PayPal balance first and, if there are insufficient funds in your PayPal balance, we reserve the right to collect your debt to PayPal by any other legal means.

Seems like you just cut and pasted the e-mail you got from PP. PP has decided not to do business with you.

Why? I don't know - you need to provide more details. Why the high-risk message?

PP seems to think you are engaging in high risk sales. What category sales? What issues have you had? Have you called them up to discuss?

just_smile is correct. Only thing you could do to TRY to reinstate your account...not 100% guarantee...is to call up PP and explain everything.

I don't know about this "creation" of DVDs - f*kes?

Paypal is the only option in UK, isn't it?

Homemade DVD's would not get you approved for a merchant account anyway.

1. Are you really in the UK tucstore? Don't lie :)

2. Learn about stealth and time to go fresh.

3. Read more about how eb and pp work. Alternative payment would be difficult to encourage customers to participate in

^^#3 is spot on.

Even if you are able to use a processor other than Paypal, it's seriously not something you would want to do. You'd lose all but 1% of your current sales.

Given what you sell (we can only make assumptions based on the very limited details you've given), you will not get the account reinstated. You'll probably have to start over - avoiding risky categories until you're going strong again.

can i ring them via wiutheld number the only number i have is my landline but i already have a paypal account

if i ring them off a withheld number will it show there end ?

Calling them from a number previously associated with a banned account is not a good idea. They definitely see the number you call from. I guess you wouldn't be risking much though since it's very unlikely this account will be restored regardless of what you do or say.

If there were any chance of you restoring the account Paypal would have requested paperwork from you instead of telling you up-front they no longer want to do business with you.

Use spoofcard if you do decide to call. There's no sense in adding risk to the situation by calling in from a banned #.
