Account closed after 1 year of use
 

Hello,

I'm having a trouble with PayPal (US), today in the morning they have limited my account and requested ID, documents and so. Like 2 months before.

I have called in and asked them what's the problem, why they need the same stuff again, and they told me I have to resend everything.

I was uploading the requested docs, and my account reloaded, got an email "PayPal appeal denied".

I have called in several times, but they did not help me at all.

Do you have any recommendations what I should do in this case?
I have a clean selling history on eBay, tracking numbers on all orders, I haven't even received a single dispute from any of my buyers. They are also holding my funds for 180 days.

No real "magic" - call up PP and try to talk and negotiate but don't expect the best outcome.

Time to master stealth and make new accountS - stress the "S"...make a few

It's just strange as it's a real account of mine, not a stealth, without any fraudulent thing going on it. And they closed without any reason...

That's how ebay and PP works and this is why this forum and the stealth guide were created.

Unfortunately in your situation I don't think you'll get your account back. This has happened to many of us in the past.

The next thing you'd want to do is to get the ebay stealth and create accounts so you can go back to selling or go to the marketplace in the forum and get premade accounts.

But you still need to learn how to operate one correctly so that you don't get linked or suspended again.

Sad you lost an account with your real details. But were you using a US account from outside the US and without a tax ID? Did you use a US IP address at least? A good one? Were items being shipped from US?

They won't give you the account back once your appeal is denied. I'm curious as to why your account went down though.

I have been using my US account with my SSN from my US IP for all the time. All items were shipped from the US... No clue...

Sadly,

This isn't how PayPal works. They are a horrible company that will never die out- they are mainstream and everyone uses PayPal.

If your appeal is denied you are completely ****ed. The only fairy tale I've heard was someone who had a blog talked **** about PayPal and they saw it and gave their account back,

So I guess start your own blog and become famous!
