Hi there my stealth account got limited after it was verified with ID, I sold a few items on my Ebay which where postage stamps and then it got limited they are asking for:

-PHOTO ID
-PROOF OF ADDRESS
-PROVIDE INVOICES
-PROVIDE BUSINESS INFORMATION
