Huge paypal glitch/problem =rip account?
Hello all,
i have had probably the biggest glitch on paypal happen to me today.
from the top.
i was printing out labels and putting my stuff together and it all went smooth.
after logging into to paypal i wanted to w/d to my bank, so i entered in 100$ and i got the "error" sorry we cannot process this, please try again later bs. so i was like OK, let me start from 1, increasing increments by 10.
eventually i got to 50 and i just wanted to add more so i went up to 60 and i got the same error. me being so annoyed at why 1$ makes or breaks my w/d i just kept spamming the transfer (had worked before) until i got this message, please check your messages in your paypal resolution center.
so i go check my messages and my account is fully limited and i have the option to change my password or add documents, (anyone would press change pw)
after clicking change pw, i get logged out and i log back in to pp and i get this page i have never seen before, and it said "we're worried" something something, confirm your account.
i try to confirm my account and it has 3 options, receive a call - text - and submit passport.
i didn't have the phone anymore i initially used to create my pp/eBay so i opened up a new phone ( MY LAST PHONE ) and activated it and put the new number in the page to confirm it.
just my fvcking luck, it says the phone is not associated with my name WTFLOL? paypal saying my name does not match on the phone, this is also on the new page and i try everything, call, text, whatever. i am now furious because i have about 2k in pp held and available because of 21 days AND i had already shipped out tons of product.
mind you new trac/or net10s have only 10 mins, so i am shaking at this point am i going to be connected with someone right away? plenty of thoughts going through my mind. i get on the line and i am talking to the automated voice providing my info and whatever and it says please hold, at this point i have 7 mins left on the phone and i just keep waiting and waiting, until the phone eventually hits 0 mins and the call ends.
i think that this was initially planned out to weave out stealth accounts. its all a test on greed and persistence to see how much of yourself you would destroy to make some money "stealthy." there is no way that this was just something that happened out of the blue. i feel that i was targeted some way and paypal had more of an extensive reach on me in this matter. i never tried to w/d more than 50% of my available balance.
---INITIAL QUESTIONS---
why did i wait over 8 mins to speak to someone?
did paypal know i was calling with a freshly activated phone?
why do i get hit with the error message trying to w/d over 30$?
if i add more time on my phone, would i be connected with someone quicker?
if i do end up calling and connecting with a live agent, how do i know they won't want documents.

this is probably one of the worst glitch limitation triggers i have ever encountered.
please give me all the feedback possible on dealing with this!
