PayPal Limited asking for Proof of shipment
 

Hi, so yesterday my PP got limited i sold 2 items prior no issues tracking uploaded items delivered all good, Yesterday i sold 3 more items got paid, Them boom Limited asking for basic things ID,Proof of addres no biggie sent it... But there also asking for Proof of shipment for last 3 items. I went to post office this morning an shipped them came home an uploaded tracking in PP, But when i try to upload it in the the steps to remove limitation it won't do anything it just looks like it just trying to upload the information. So my question is does the items have to be delivered before PP accepts the tracking info to remove the limitation?

No, the tracking numbers do not have to show delivery for PP to accept them in the resolution center. Something else is probably going on.

it says Please provide proof of shipment for each transaction, i put tracking numbers in each transaction an it does nothing but looks like it's uploading it.

Just a basic limitation. If you provide the Tracking Numbers, then you're good. ;)
