Paypal USA limitations department phase 2

Hello,
During my last limitation, I was researched this forum and found that my problem can be solved only by calling "Paypal USA limitations department phase 2" .
How can I contact them? Didn't find phone number to call to correct dept.
Can you guys help me and tell whats the number?

Some departments within PP don't deal direct with customers via phone. You either have to get escalated via one of the frontline agents, or use that departments e-mail alias to get in touch with them.

Problem was that account was limited more than 180days and they dont let me withdraw funds. Contacted uk support and they ignoring me.
Found that phase 2 usa dept can help me me, but I dont know how to contact them

Ah, so your Paypal is UK based, i don't think the US department can help you with this. As they will just transfer you to the UK dept.
