Cant transfer money to my bank

so i got my paypal limited year ago and just come back to transfer the money to my bank but the bank accounts on there are old banks that i do not use anymore , and the phone number is not active so i changed the phone number and added my bank and confirmed my bank though the 4 digit code , and are now getting this error when i try to transfer money

Have you waited 24 hours after adding the info?
If so have you tried calling them?

No I didn’t wait , will waiting 24 hours work ? and I have just sent a message to PayPal but don’t want to phone as they are all stupid and never help lol
