Paypal Asking for W9, Need some advice please

Hello everyone,
If my PP gets limited and they ask for W9 (mismatch info), and I do not provide it. Will the funds in the account still be available for withdraw after the 180 days like normal limited accounts? Anyone have any experience with this?
Any help would be greatly appreciate !

It is a normal limited account, so it has same chance as any other. Reports of withdrawal refusal are on the forum, but they seem to be exceptions rather than the rule, so fingers crossed.

I lost a PP account last year after not submitting the W9 on time. I was able to withdraw no problem after 180 days.
