How to link new paypal to ebay that has different country login ip?

Im interested would i have some problems with ebay or paypal when ill be linking them? Anyone with experience that can tell me how to do this

Just to be clear, you want to link a paypal made from one country to an ebay from another country?

How about making an extra paypal and eBay from those perpective countries and link them the right way? This way you'll have 2 sets of accounts =)

Well i already have ebay store which logs from an ip in my country.
I need all limits removed paypal account that i can connect to that ebay.
Now the problem is that my country is not supported by paypal so i have to buy stealth verified from here or to make it myself anyway i choose i have to use ip address that will be on the country that is registered the paypal account.
So if i buy or make a all limits removed account with ip from the responding country how i will be able to link it to my ebay where my ebay login is only on my country ip. This is the issue i want to resolve.
