Paypal limited. Is it because I use on another ebay account?

I used my stealth PP account on my real ebay account but right after my real paypal was limited my stealth was limited too but the reason is not same as my real pp.

"Dear XXX XXXXX,

We have recently reviewed your PayPal account activity, and determined that
you are in violation of PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy regarding your sales
/ offers on ebay.com, user ID: XXXXXXXX.

As a result, your account has been permanently limited and this cannot be
appealed."

6 months past and I had my real PP restored now I'm planning to send them an email in case they restore the stealth one too but what should I write ?

Have you tried to list new item on ebay using your new stealth for recieving instant payment after your personal account was limited or they just limited both at same time?

I think you ar econfused about 6 month. it sounds like your paypal was permanantly limited and not restored after 6 month
