Stealth info to apply for an LLC, for Paypal tax id purpose?
 

Paypal is asking me for my stealth account's tax id now.

I've read for hours on this forum here, basically the common practice to solve this is to use real personal info to register a LLC, get EIN from IRS and submit it to Paypal.

The problem for me is that I'm not based in U.S. but my stealth Paypal's indentity is. Can I register a LLC with this fictional identity? I'm willing to pay proper income tax at the end of the year for this ID.

No, you can't register an LLC with a fictional identity.

For you to do this legitimately you would need to first apply for and obtain an ITIN. Then you would use the ITIN in place of an SSN on your EIN application.

Oh, and please either change your flag or go with no flag. You're only harming yourself by telling people you're in USA.

Thanks for your answer! I see most of users in this forum go with registering an LLC method which is also recommended in Stealthbook.

If fictional id is not an option for it, how about using genuine id(foreign, non-resident) to register an LLC, would that be possible?
