Is there a way out of this limitation
 

Purchased a stealth account in October. Have 4k in account. Moving funds out very slowly 100-200 a day or so (my sales have gone up this month because found very profitable distributors). Got limited this morning, called paypal, the lady said upload the documents but then got another email saying:

We are reviewing your account and unfortunately your account limitation cannot be lifted at this time. We need more information about your account before we can proceed with the appeal process. Please complete the steps below:

– Upload or fax a copy of your driver's license/passport. Please make the copy of this as large and as light as possible. Acceptable forms of a photo ID include a driver's license, passport, or any other government-issued photo identification that includes your date of birth.
–Please provide proof of delivery for the following transactions received into your PayPal account:

Ok i have no problem verifying proof of delivery BUT THE ID. What do I do about that. I have 4k sitting in this account.
Help a brother out will ya!

All you can do is provide them with what they want

If you PM the seller that you bought the account from they should be able to help point you in the right direction

it doesn't matter how good your docs are, mine were flawless and they still perm limited me. It all depends on how "high risk" you are.
