PP limited can't even refund?
 
So i don't see the refund button. One buyer opened case and i tried to refund him but i got ''sorry this can't be processed right now''

Any idea?

you cannot refund if limited, you have to let the case run and they will do it anyway. If you want to refund anyone you need to contact CS.

There are 2 types of limitations:

1) Medium impact --- You can refund and receive payments.
2)High impact-- You can't even refund payments.


It looks you have the second type limitation. It happens more for business accounts, and compliance department will be verifying your account NOT usual account specialist.
