hi i am not a new to PP tricks..

recently...i have all my new pp accounts limited access ( right after first payment or before receiving any payments )

Every thing is new name, address, ip, canvas, fonts, screen resolution...etc

only common things
USB dongle
I am using virtual machine

any ideas?

Welcome to the forum, stealth guide will probably solve your basic stealth issues.

from where did you receive the payment and how much and how old is stealth paypal

Well, honestly even with what you told me, we don't really know what and how you do things.

But if you want a good solution and you are serious about making money, you should read the stealth guide right from the beginning and follow the instructions to the T. No short cutting
