What are the steps to create a stealth PayPal account?
 

Hi,

I recently had my PayPal account been put on Limit. This has had me really worried and I didn't know what to do. I even provided PayPal with all the documents and still my appeals got rejected.

I do not see my account being taken off limit any time soon.

I found eBay stealth and regained some hope. I am planning to make a PayPal stealth account but I need help setting it up. What are the steps for completing the verification and what do I provide when they ask for ID and other stuff?

Please help me out.
