Paypal is asking additional documents
 

Hello, after received 3 payments from some items i sold on ebay, my paypal was limited.
They asked:

ID: uploaded
Proof of address: uploaded
Invoice: uploaded
Provider info: uploaded

Now they wants to see:

Documents about my company: ok, i will upload it
Tracking numbers: here’s the thing....

Will they wait until the tracking shows as delivered? Becuase im sending by economy shipping from HK so it can take up from 20 to 45 days.

Oh, obviously the payments are taken by 21 days hold.

By the way, im still on time to refund mu costumers.

Will be a good idea if I refund and then, if my account will back as normal, put the item on sell again? Thank you

They just want the tracking

They may well put a rolling reserve on the account if they see that items are always taking a month or so to be delivered

Your account wont go back to normal if you just refund people. Now that they have asked for the information they will need it supplied

Ok, but eventually they will remove for now the limitation even if the items are not delivered yet?

Becuase, as i said before, it can take up to 40/45 days to deliver those items.

OP I recommend you get away from dropshipping if/when you're able to raise enough funds to do so. Dropshipping can be profitable but it seems to create more problems than it's worth for most sellers who try it.

I have some costumers from Costa Rica and Honduras.... they bought on november, economy shipping, they received last week.

Better move is to avoid dropshipping from same pp account if you can OP - PP doesn't like it and can identify that activity very easily. Sale on one pp and buy with a different one

Ok, but what about my question, will paypal wait until shows that items were delivered to release my limited account?

We can't answer that for certain.

Sometimes payments are released after 3 weeks even when tracking doesn't yet show delivery. Sometimes payments are held until tracking confirms delivery.

Your options are to upload tracking and hope for the swift release of your funds, or stop dropshipping until you've built up an account strong enough to receive instant payments.

Only Paypal can know for 100% - you will need to be patient - or, if you are confident, you can call but it is not recommended.

I don’t pretend to have the funds before 21 days.

The thing is that my account is limited, they asked me a lot of documents that i have sent, but they will lift the limitation if i put the tracking but without the delivery status yet?

They may well remove the limitation before that. Or not at all, or after delivery

Its really down to PayPal and who is reviewing the limitation
