Hello guys,
I think recent PayPal become more strict to do stealth. I lost 5 PayPals this new year. All of reasons are similar like require ID and Address Proof.I was upload foo ID but denied immediately,which means PayPal could identify the reality of document I upload.
Today I receive another email require ID but a little different. I notice that last sentence in the email "
Please log into your account and visit the Resolution Center. Please send us an explanation if you're unable to supply any of the requested information"
I am not sure if there is any trick could pass around this.

We review documents in the order they are received. It generally takes 24-48 hours to complete the review process, although a longer time period is occasionally needed.
