my real paypal was permanent limited because of a dispute,
anyway have any of you had a luck to get back your account after permanent limitation?

No way to get back account after permanent limitation. If you have balance you need to wait 180 days (sometimes 45 days) then paypal will allow you to withdraw your balance to bank/cards, depends on country of your paypal account.

You hear about the rare story of people getting their accounts back.
Takes a lot of work and multiple phone calls to paypal - and most cases fail.
