"Sorry we can't send your payment right now"
 

Hello.

Why is that happen? I try to pay from my card (I dont use any vpn or proxy)
I use my own card and yes I do have enough balance, 4 digit code also verifies. It was about to be my first transaction (I wanted to send to a guy with brand new account aswell, NOT big amount 0.50$ actually)

The guy's paypal is verified aswell with card and he doesnt use any vpn/proxy either (real life mate).

I just got this error is there a problem with my account or with his?

I don't have added bank account only credit card (cc is verified with the 4 digit code) Can it be the problem? (He doesn't have it added either...)

This happens many times. paypal likes to see accounts they trust.

You are both in Hungary? Will you get the code soon?

You could maybe try then.

Yes we are. I readed about it a bit will it go away you think so?

Yes we are, We already did the 4 digit code confirmation (Card is ready to use) as paypal says and limits are lifted aswell... I don't know what the problem could be...

Welcome to the forums. First transaction could just be a glitch in the system - first give it a few hours and retry. The bank account shouldn't be an issue for both of you...in general I mean

you need to wait for 24-72 hrs if it still didnt go call the support just normal paypal crap system

Usually once i create new PayPal account I leave it like for month.
Just a few random login attempts during this time, to get some browsing history.
After that you can always send any amount ;)
