If I got older limited acc with ID verified is that possible?
 

Hello. I have another paypal acc which is suspended for too many charge backs and I made new paypal now if I recieve the limits and they ask for ID will I get banned or they dont care just need customers? (My old paypal got ID verified too, so my ID was added to it already)

I was thinking about they dont give a **** about it like they dont even check it if I have older acc or not. (Also I can get "new" address cuz I have 4 houses on my name by my dad, so getting new address is not a problem)
